An idea born over a fish sandwich on Galata Bridge in 2021 grew into Istanbul's most-used local guide with over 40,000 reviews in two years. Our mission: to let visitors from every corner of the world discover the unique experiences around the bridge in their own language.
Our Story
It all started in 2021, on an afternoon eating fish sandwiches in Eminönü. The tourist couple next to us kept staring at their phones asking "Where are those boats?" and "Which restaurant is better?" — but no source gave them a proper answer.
In the first six months we visited 50 restaurants, compiled 200 reviews, and published a simple website. Google featured our platform and visitor numbers grew tenfold in a month. Today we serve more than 100,000 visitors a month.
Galata Bridge is more than concrete and steel. It's a living ecosystem where hundreds of fishermen cast lines every morning, thousands of people cross every day, and a magnificent silhouette unfolds every evening. We are the digital guide of that ecosystem.
